Shuffle
Phenotype Clustering
Shuffle is designed to enable the clustering of phenotypic data from multiple RNAi screens to discover novel functional
relationships between groups of genes. Users can cluster data from any or all of the RNAi screens in the FLIGHT database.
Shuffle allows the user to select from a range of standard distance measures
and tree-construction algorithms before hierarchical clustering of phenotypic data. Clustered data can be visualised in
a hierarchical tree structure using a colour gradient to indicte the strength of each phenotype.
Searching FLIGHT with Gene Clusters
Gene clusters of interest can be used to generate gene lists that can be linked to the FLIGHT database for batch searching.
Batch searching in FLIGHT can reveal interactions between cluster members and allow users to compare expression profiles for
cluster members.
